Assembly Park offers something for everyone all year round, from the color of the leaves in the Park to the frozen lake in the winter. Summer is by far the most popular time of year.
There are many things to choose from, swimming in the lake, playing softball in the park, water skiing, sailing, softball, shuffleboard, kid's dances, to just relaxing in the sun or shade. Including a pump merry go round, something you don't see in every park.
Arbor Day is one event that everyone looks forward to, each year. The members of the park gather together for what is almost a full day of fun.

Assembly Park was first known as "Mabiewood", a densely forested area, in 1847, when it was purchased by Edmund and Jeremiah Mabie (these two men also developed Lake Lawn Lodge) and their heirs sold the 38 acre tract to the Delavan Lake Assembly Association in 1898!
